After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from CRM Gallery containing your order details (if you have provided your email address), including a link to download your purchased software. You will also receive in a separate email your product license/activation key. These are normally issued within a few minutes of ordering.
If you have purchased “add-on” consulting or support services, these must be scheduled at a time suitable for both parties. We will usually contact you about this after purchase (when applicable) but this can also be requested by you by emailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you you have not received either your order confirmation email, or email containing your product license/activation key after 10 minutes of ordering, then please first check your junk email folder. If you cannot locate the email in your junk email folder, then please email online support at email@example.com to get these email’s reissued.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must destroy or return all material provided through your purchase. You must not continue to use or access any material or products acquired through your purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All refund requests must be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your refund request is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after receiving a refund notification, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
